What we do
Whatever happens over the coming weeks, we are still able to be there for you and your furry friends even if you can’t make it into the practice.
All you need is your smartphone/android or laptop/computer and an internet connection, then contact with the clinic & we will email through your pre-consultation email with easy step-by-step instructions on how to 'join' the Vet in the consult room.
Think of a teleconsult like a regular consultation via video. We can chat, obtain a medical history, see your pet and discuss treatment options. There may still be occasions when we will ultimately need to advise that your pet comes in to see us but teleconsults are an effective tool in many instances and will assist us in slowing the traffic coming to and through the clinic.
If you require any essential medications or food please call or email us, we can leave them undercover out the front if we're open or in our secured drop-box if closed. If your pet is in need of medical attention we will offer teleconsults or a drop-off system where you stay in the car and liaise with the Vet over the phone.
Ultimately, our main aim is to keep you, our team members and your pets as safe as possible during the COVID-19 crisis.
We welcome questions regarding teleconsults so please feel free to reach out to any of our team members for more information.
